New to HipoBuy? This first-time buyer guide covers everything you need to know, from creating an account to unboxing your first haul.

Step 1: Create an Account

Sign up with email or social login. Complete your profile with shipping address and preferred currency.

Step 2: Find Products

Use the spreadsheet, search function, or browse by category. Add items to your cart. Double-check sizes and options before ordering.

Step 3: Submit Order

Pay for your items. HipoBuy purchases them on your behalf. You will receive confirmation within 24 hours.

Step 4: QC Photos

When items arrive at the warehouse, review QC photos carefully. Approve or request exchanges as needed.

Step 5: Shipping

Choose your shipping line based on speed and budget. Apply any coupon codes. Submit for shipment.

Step 6: Receive & Enjoy

Track your package. Unbox and inspect. Share your haul review to help the community!
